As Interim CEO, Carmel Grant steered the Institute for Apprenticeships and Technical Education (IfATE) through its transition to Skills England. Now, as Deputy Director, Carmel works closely with the newly appointed joint CEOs, Tessa Griffiths CBE and Sarah Maclean CBE, helping to define the strategy for the new organisation.
