Emma Scott is Director of Operations for VTQs at Ofqual. She brings experience from her previous role as Associate Director of Standards for Delivery & Performance of GQs at Ofqual and Head of Communications at the National Adult Literacy Agency (NALA). Emma is responsible for all operational aspects of the delivery of vocational and technical qualifications at Ofqual and therefore ideally placed to speak to us at the AO-Forum.
